Please view more at the link below:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;U&gt;&lt;FONT color="#0000FF"&gt;&lt;A href="https://oip.manual.canon/USRMA-1738-zz-SS-enUS/contents/SS735_basic_0093.html#0237_h1_01" target="_blank"&gt;Entering Sleep Mode&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If none of the reasons appear to be causing the issue, please set the machine to enter into sleep mode at a set time by following the instructions below:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;lt;Menu&amp;gt;&amp;nbsp;=&amp;gt; &amp;lt;Preferences&amp;gt;&amp;nbsp;=&amp;gt; &amp;lt;Timer/Energy Settings&amp;gt;&amp;nbsp;=&amp;gt; Select &amp;lt;Auto Sleep Daily Timer&amp;gt; or &amp;lt;Sleep Mode Exit Time Settings&amp;gt;&amp;nbsp;=&amp;gt; Select &amp;lt;On&amp;gt; in &amp;lt;Set This Function&amp;gt;, and enter the time&amp;nbsp; &amp;lt;Apply&amp;gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the machine still does not enter sleep mode, please call us at 1-866-261-9362 or 1-800-OK-CANON (652-2666), Monday - Friday 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. ET (excluding holidays).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;After updating my&amp;nbsp;MF632CDW to the latest firmware, v5.19 from 8/30/2018, it will not turn off the display or go to sleep?&amp;nbsp; I don't see a setting to enable the sleep mode.&amp;nbsp; Is this a bug or something I can fix?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
