    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi jburrell,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To try and resolve the U052 error, please remove all of the ink tanks and print head in the printer, then reseat them, ensuring that all inks are in the correct order.&amp;nbsp; Next, please turn off the printer, unplug the power cord from the back and leave it out for at least 10 minutes, then plug it back in and turn the printer back on.&amp;nbsp; If the error persists, the printer will require servicing.&amp;nbsp; Please &lt;A href="http://www.usa.canon.com/cusa/consumer/standard_display/contact_us_consumer" target="_blank"&gt;Contact Us&lt;/A&gt; for your servicing options.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I purchased a new printhead (Qy6-0073) for my MX870 because it would not print yellow. After I installed it I receved the error code u052 wrong printhead. The old and new printheads have the same number. HELP&lt;/P&gt;</description>
