    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am trying to uninstall the print driver (windows 10) for a Canon MB2720 printer.&amp;nbsp; I get an error that states the software cannot be uninstalled because the fax driver is currently in use by another program or user.&amp;nbsp; I have uninstalled the printers from the print management services, removed the canon folders from my c: drive, and restarted the computer.&amp;nbsp; I get the same error.&amp;nbsp; Any suggestions would be appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
