    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have this problem also. I did the above and did find a piece of paper jamming the printer. But the error still persists after unplugging etc.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please try the following to see if we can resolve this issue:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. &amp;nbsp;Turn the printer off.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. &amp;nbsp;Unplug the power from the unit.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. &amp;nbsp;Remove the paper cassette tray.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4. &amp;nbsp;Check for any obstructions in the cassette path.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5. &amp;nbsp;Open the front cover and check for any obstructions inside the unit.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;6. &amp;nbsp;Turn the printer around to access the back.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;7. &amp;nbsp;Open the rear door and check for any obstructions.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once cleared, close the covers and reinstall the paper cassette. &amp;nbsp;Then plug the power back in and turn the unit on to see if the error is resolved.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the issue persists, find more help at &lt;A href="https://www.usa.canon.com/internet/portal/us/home/support/contact-support/" target="_blank"&gt;Contact Us&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
