    <description>&lt;P&gt;Printer about 2 years old. I had no problems prior to this. But now it skips lines when printing in black ink. Is the printer dead? I tried all the cleaning and alignment suggestions in other posts. Changed out 2 different ink cartridges. Printed from other computers with different Windows versions and phones. Nothing works.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
