Fax forwarding is setup and working but not showing up in the address book imageRUNNER ADVANCE C5035

Hello everyone,

We ran into the issue with being able to see fax forwarding information in the address book of imageRUNNER ADVANCE C5035. We know it is working (faxes are coming to the folder of the computer they suppose to go to) but for some reason address is not showing up, instead it looks like no fax forwarding was setup.

If you don't have a dealer and you're in the United States, please call us at 1-800-OK-CANON (1-800-652-2666) and we will be happy to provide you with the names of dealers in your area.
