    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the quick reply.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The question is related to an after installation of a new upper reading unit.&amp;nbsp; The machines that we use will generally have either Win XP or Win 7.&amp;nbsp; There are no error messages, but when I scan there will be either a black or white image.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
