    <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear Canon,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have&amp;nbsp;IR2004N, S/N:&amp;nbsp;WDT07681.&amp;nbsp; We created Scanner's User List in printer for top 10 VIP people in our office, however, it resets these 10 whenever we install drive in a new computer in LAN or re-install Printer Driver in any of computer in LAN.&amp;nbsp; It adds the new user, and removes old ones from the list.&amp;nbsp; This now, has become a very frustrating excerciese.&amp;nbsp; Any one has any clues about it?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;May be there is a patch or new installation beta release for drivers that does NOT do this activity.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kapil&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Tiffany,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes, we had contacted the dealer and the dealer has given up.&amp;nbsp; I believe it's something to do with the firmware and/or driver software.&amp;nbsp; Can you please guide me, who and where to look for the person in firmware / driver software developer?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How to re-create the issue:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Step 1: Configure Scanner with List of 10 PC users.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Step 2: Now if one installs Printer+Scanner software, his name gets added, and one of old user gets removed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is no specific indication or option to disable AUTO ADD user in Scan Window at Printer!!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kapil&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
