Canon - IR Advanced Quick Menu buttons

Hi,

I wondered if anyone has found a way to change the button layout (9 buttons per page) for all users who log into the copier?

I've found even if I changed it logged in as the admin that every user resets to 6 buttons per page which is the default.

Ok, my dealer always takes about 1-2 weeks to successfully reply to support tickets so I thought someone on here might just be able to quickly tell me if its possible?
