topic MF411 I-Fax message when trying to print in Office Printers

<P>So one of our clients has Canon MF411WD printer. He says that everytime he's trying to print, he gets an "I-FAX" message and some kind of red light turns on. Unfortunately I haven't seen it with my own eyes, but I have to figure out why does that happen and what it means. Anyone has any idea what's going on?</P>
