    <description>I have uninstalled, re-installed several times. I am a level 4 tech and mine is still not working on win 7.&lt;BR /&gt;It stopped after last update 3 days ago. I had used it less than a week ago. Canon needs to find a fix or give another program.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Had same problem, tried everything with no result.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then I installed MF toolbox on drive D, now it just works!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is probably to do with windows getting even more fussy as to who can write to the default 'C:\Program Files\Canon\CanonMF' directory.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It probably will work on drive C, just install it outside the program files directory, ie 'C:\\Canon\CanonMF'.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Pete&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
