Printing on 4.5 x 6.5 in card stock - Help

Canon Imageclass MF634Cdw - Cana't print at this size. Printer setings won't allow 4.5 inches b/c 5 is the lowest hight allowed apparently. Ideas on how to print on 4.5 x 6.5?

Please note the Color imageCLASS MF634Cdw is designed to be used in a small office/home office environment. So 4.5" x 6.5" is not a standard paper size like letter (8-1/2" x 11") and legal (8-1/2" x 14"). The MF634Cdw is capable of printing on custom paper sizes from 3" x 5" to 8-1/2" x 14" (when loading in the manual feed slot) and custom paper sizes from 7-1/8" x 10 1/8" to 8 1/2" x 14" (when loading in the paper drawer). (Click HERE for more information about support paper types and sized for the MF634Cdw.) You can print on 4.5" x 6.5" when you load it in the manual feed slot and create a custom paper size.
