    <description>&lt;P&gt;I can't use the scanner because&amp;nbsp; it says there is a paper jam in the scanner portion of the printer. I followed the instructions to remove any paper. There is no paper in the scanner. I have unplugged the printer for 20 minutes to see if it would clear the error. Error comes back every time.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
