    <description>&lt;P&gt;We recently had our hard drive replaced and ever since then if we try to print a pdf, it only prints a few pages and then says "waiting".&amp;nbsp; If you try to cancel the document on the display it locks the screen up completely and must restart the machine.&amp;nbsp; I've called the company that supports our machine and they sent a salesman in to sell us a new machine.&amp;nbsp; &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried it on Windows 7 &amp;amp; 10 and get the same result.&amp;nbsp; I've downloaded recent drivers, reinstalled the printer - and nothing is resolving the issue&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone suggest something I could try to get this working?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
