I have had it with this printer. It is brand new and it keeps losing the wifi connection. Customer service helped me last time to set it up and was working properly but it has lost the connection again and it seems this is a huge problem no matter the model in Canon printer.

I am really disappointed that I bought a brand new printer but can not print because the wifi keeps falling off and says:

Support Code : 300 The printer does not respond. Make sure that the printer is plugged in, powered-on, and properly connected to your computer.
