MF632Cdw speed question

Okay well, I have had this Canon Color Laser MF632Cdw for almost a year now, I like it so far. but lately, the response sent to the printer to begin printing was a bit slow. I expected it to respond within 6 seconds but it got up to 13-15 seconds. how can I make it to respond faster and print as it goes?

To be honest, everything about it does not give me an issue at all, I love this printer. It's the response time I'm concerned about. Please help thank you!

In order to assist you with the described issue, I will just need to know what operating system you are running? Additinoally, if you make a copy directly from the unit does the same issue occur?
