    <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;MF808CW printer&amp;gt; I am having a problem with the scanner program. I bought printer used from a neighbor and she said it was working OK and I am sure that is true.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; The printing program from Computer works OK. The copy program works also. WILL NOTSCAN TO COMPUTER AT PRINTER WINDOW EVEN THO THE OPTION IS LISTED. I DO NOT HAVE AN ICON ON DESKTOP TO OPERATE THE PRINTER OPTION FROM COMPUTER??&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;I have download the software two times from Canon suport making sure it was installed properly. The Lady had lost the Installation Disc so had to download software. I have Windows O.S. 10.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;hope for help&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Bill&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
