Hi everyone,

I notice there isn't a place really for questions about Canon scanners, I hope I'm in the right place.

I have been searching for an answer regarding red, blue, and green streaks left on the digital images scanned with our Canon G1100 scanners. We though it may have been the software at first but we find the streaks regardless of the software we use to scan. I am used to seeing scan lines when there is something on the upper and lower glass assembly, even after cleaning the glass we run into the same issues. Has anyone run into this issue with the Canon G1100 scanners? If so have you been able to find a solution?

~Brandi
