    <description>&lt;P&gt;I continually get a message when I try to print saying the printer is offline.&amp;nbsp; I try the troubleshooter and it says the printer is turned off.&amp;nbsp; It's turned on.&amp;nbsp; It also says it should be set as the default printer.&amp;nbsp; It is.&amp;nbsp; It says it should be shared in my network. It is.&amp;nbsp; This printer has been the worst printer I've ever had.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
