replacing pickup roller on the imageCLASS MF4890dw?

Anyone know how to replace the pickup roller on the imageCLASS MF4890dw?

My printer stopped feeding shipping labels: it used to do just fine from the paper tray or manual feed. Now, it won't grab the labels (and even has problems, at times, with normal paper.) It seems to me, from what I can find online, that I need to replace the D-shaped Pickup roller. I've found where to buy one, but I can find anyone that knows how to remove the old one and insert the new one. (My strengths are software, but I'm not real good with "Mr. Fixit" projects.)
