2-Sided Scanning Imageclass MF414DW

I am attempting to follow the directions to do double sided scanning with a double sided original on our Imageclass.

I know, based on my research that it is supposed to prompt me as to whether or not I have a 2-sided original as it does here:

However, it does not. It allows me to select a location, in our case being a networked computer and that's it.

Does anyone know how to get it to allow me to scan a 2-sided original?
