    <description>Hello, we have a personal iB4120 Maxify printer that when we are printing, it is missing lines horizontally across the page in certain areas. It has ink in there because where it is printing, it is dark and clear. We have tried cleaning the nozzles, cleaning the printer heads as well as doing a deep clean. We have also tried to do all the maintenance options under the printer properties and nothing. I was going to try and change the ink but it won't slide over for me to be able to change the ink? I'm not sure what else we can do to fix this?</description>
