black spots - ImageClass MF4890dw

Have ImageClass MF4890dw monochrome printer. Copies, scans all print out with tiny light black dots along left hand side of paper. Occuring at 1" intervals from top to bottom of paper. I've cleaned rollers, fixing unit, etc as manual suggests. STill printing dots. Any suggestions?

I have MX366 Printer and I am getting "Black Dots" on the printed page on right side zig zag pattern about 1/2 inch spacing. one dot per line, about 12 dots per page. can you tell me what I have to do to repair?
