We have an imageClass D1550 multifunction printer and it will feed a couple of pages and then say there is a paper jam. When we check there is no paper jam and there is paper in the printer. You can hear the rollers attempting to pick up the paper and after about 3 trys it gives the paper jam. We have checked the paper guides are set correctly, we fan the paper before putting it in, we have tried with the paper tray full and half full, and we have clean the rollers. We do not know what to try next or if there is something wrong with the rollers.
