      <title>Canon E471 Problem with Failed to adquire information on the driver on software. Check the network</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was trying to install the the driver to printer E471 but all the time I find this message:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG src="https://community.usa.canon.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/14218i2D8D236D831B5283/image-size/original?v=1.0&amp;amp;px=-1" border="0" alt="Canon E471.png" title="Canon E471.png" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;what I did:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;1.- I validate the network connection &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; . Result : Doesnt work&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;2.- I eliminate the windows &amp;nbsp;firewall &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;. Result : Doesnt work&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;3.- Was eliminate my anti-viruses Macfee &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;. Result : Doesnt work&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;4.- I was logged as Administrator. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;. Result : Doesnt work&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I am very frustated with this product and the installation&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Any help can be appreciate&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Pedro Caceres&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
