      <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought Canon MF 244DW.I connect the peinter throght USB cable port.Everithing was fine and I print and scan to today.Today I can scan documents but can't print.My operation sistem is macOs Sierra 10.12.4.Please for help!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you in advance&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello megias,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since you can still scan to your Mac OS Sierra computer with your imageCLASS MF244dw, I suggest you delete the printer from System Preferences then re-add the printer using the steps below to restore your ability to print.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;1.&amp;nbsp; Choose Apple menu &amp;gt; System Preferences, then click Printers &amp;amp; Scanners.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;2.&amp;nbsp; Select the printer in the list, then click Remove '-' (minus).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;3.&amp;nbsp; Ensure your printer is turned on and the USB cable is connected directly from the printer to your computer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;4.&amp;nbsp; Press the '+' PLUS button to add the printer.&amp;nbsp; A window will open to add the printer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;5.&amp;nbsp; Click 'Default'.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;6.&amp;nbsp; Select the Canon MF244dw (or MF240 Series) that has 'USB' listed for Kind.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;7.&amp;nbsp; Select 'Select Printer Software' or 'Select Software' from Print Using or Use &amp;gt; select the driver corresponding to your printer from the list &amp;gt;click OK.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;8.&amp;nbsp; Click 'Add'.&amp;nbsp; The printer is added to 'Printer List'.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;9.&amp;nbsp; Confirm that the printer has been added &amp;gt; close the dialog box.&amp;nbsp; Confirm that the driver name selected in step 7 is displayed bedside 'Kind'.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you need immediate assistance and you're in the USA, please click &lt;A href="http://Canon.us/ContactCF" target="_blank"&gt;http://Canon.us/ContactCF&lt;/A&gt; for our US-based support.       <description>&lt;P&gt;It is MF 247DW. I bought this printer two weeks back and at the time of installation I made a test scan it worked perfect. Now when I try to scan a document it is saying "Connect to a Computer".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am using Windows ver 8.1&lt;/P&gt;</description>
