Hi,

I just purchased a new printer for the office. It worked beautifully the first day, then yesterday it started having paper handling problems, e.g.: I had it on Auto for the paper input, but it wouldn't print on the paper I put through the MP slot. It would load, but would then print on paper from the tray. Today it won't print at all. I have turned it off, I have restarted my computer, but it just won't print. It received a fax and wouldn't print it. I rechecked the paper settings and they seem fine. Any ideas? I'm desperate!
