White thin line going down prints

Hello all. I have a white thin line going down my prints. Can you please help me out if you can. I have a Canon Image ClassMF624Cw.

Also, sometimes, my PDF prints come out all black.

I will be able to assist you.

Normally, if you see white streaks on your prints, this indicates that the toner may be running low; however, if you are not receiving a low toner error, this issue may be resolved by removing the toner cartridges and gently rotating them left to right to redistribute the toner.

Since you are also experiencing an issue with all black PDF print outs, we will have to recommend that you call our Enterprise & Desktop Solutions Group at 1-800-OK-CANON (652-2666), Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. ET (excluding holidays).
