      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Confetti.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I will be able to assist you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Normally, if you see white streaks on your prints, this indicates that the toner may be running low; however, if you are not receiving a low toner error, this issue may be resolved by removing the toner cartridges and gently rotating them left to right to redistribute the toner.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since you&amp;nbsp;are also&amp;nbsp;experiencing an issue with all black PDF print outs, we will have to recommend that you call our Enterprise &amp;amp; Desktop Solutions Group at 1-800-OK-CANON (652-2666), Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. ET (excluding holidays).&lt;/P&gt;</description>
