      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've got a brand new CANON MF634Cdw/MF632Cdw. Last night, I took it out of the box, followed all of the instructions in the quick setup guide and tried printing a document from my computer. Unfortunately, nothing was printed. I went to my control panel and checked the Devices and Printers section, only to find that my new printer was listed under Devices as a scanner. I've tried uninstalling the drivers and starting the process from scratch, but nothing seems to work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Help!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Fireside Lodge&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>(1) The printer is connected by USB cable. The computer is a desktop that does not possess wireless capabilities.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;(2) I am not able to set my new Canon machine as the default because the computer does not recognize it as a printer. Following the steps given in the link you provided, the printer is listed under devices as a scanner and right-clicking on it gives me scanning options only. &lt;A href="http://imgur.com/a/xjSYb" target="_blank"&gt;http://imgur.com/a/xjSYb&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
