CANON MB2755- NEW- PRINTS ON PREMIUM GLOSSY PHOTO PAPER WET

We have just purchased a Canon MB2755 . Purpose to print decent posters using glossy phot paper. When we first tried it it was fine but now when printing on glossy photo paper it comes out all wet and cannot print posters. We change the settings , we think correctly.

Any help much appareciated .
