    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello aizquierdo,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Scanning is not supported when using the imageCLASS MF4770n with Windows Server 2012 R2 (or any Windows Server operating system).&amp;nbsp; If you want to continue to scan with your computer, you will need to use a Windows Vista, 7, 8/8.1 or 10 (or Mac OS X verison 10.5.8 and up) operating system; the MF Toolbox is available for these operating systems.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you need immediate assistance and you're in the USA, please click &lt;A href="http://Canon.us/ContactCF" target="_blank"&gt;http://Canon.us/ContactCF&lt;/A&gt; for our US-based support.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Canon MF4770N not scanning since changing to Windows 2012 rs&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I cannot locate toolbox or utilities and when i select the scan option and choose computer it says "connect computer"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and remote scanning doesnt do anything as well.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
