Hi experts,

my MB5360 will not print and is showing error code 1007 - Paper has run out.

This is a problem because there is paper, it is loaded correctly and it is programmed correctly for the A4 plain paper that i am using.

I have turned the unit on and off and have reprogrammed the paper type. Im not sure what else to do? Has this happened to any of you? Will i have to send it to a repairer?

Thanks in advace for your help 🙂

Kristie
