    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have tried setting the printer defaults to single sided printing.&amp;nbsp; I have also selected the single sided option in the applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Reader, etc.) and jobs are still printing duplex.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hve uninstalled and reinstalled the windows 10 driver package for the printer with no change.&amp;nbsp; Please advise if there is a fix for this issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Since upgrading to Windows 10 Enterprise, all users printing to this device are unable to print single-sided.&amp;nbsp; All jobs tested from MS Excel, PowerPoint, PDFs printed duplex when single sided was selected.&amp;nbsp; Please advise how this issue can be resolved.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
