how to install and activate canon Color Send Kit-Y1 for canon ir2520 printer

Hello All

we have a printer in our office Canon IR2520, and i press the send button on the printer, i get a message on the screen " this function required optional equipement to be installed"

i did some search on google and seemes to be required Color Send Kit-Y1,

could you please someone show me how to install and activate it , with pictures clarification will be good.
