    <description>&lt;P&gt;If the buttons are not illuminating on either the black or the color copy buttons, it is most likely because your printer thinks you are out of paper. On the main copy screen, select the paper option and make sure you have paper in the tray. The tray icon appears as a sort of square U. Make sure there are lines inside of the U indicating that the printer is recognizing the paper in the tray.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
