    <description>&lt;P&gt;We've had this fax machine about one year and we don't us it often.&amp;nbsp; However, it's important that it's in working order when we need it. It just started making blurry copies on the top or under the glass, and also the margins are off. Does anyone know how to fix this as I can't find any trouble shooter section in the manual.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have only had this printer for 2 weeks. &amp;nbsp;I am getting blurry copies when i copy from either the top or on the glass. &amp;nbsp;I have checked the troubleshooting guide and there is nothing regarding this. &amp;nbsp;What do I need to do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
