      <title>ImageClass D1550  - scanner does not work under windows 10?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We have a new Imageclass D1550 MF printer - print and fax works, but not scanner. Scanner drivers does not get installed , or scanner is not recognised in windows 10 computers.&amp;nbsp; Any body has same issues?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, we did receive an error when installing the scanner driver, basically it does not get installed. We have disabled firewall and anti visrus during installation. but no success.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
