      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi ingridm.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I will be able to assist you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please uninstall and reinstall the MF Toolbox software. &amp;nbsp;To uninstall the software, please follow the steps below:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. &amp;nbsp;Right-click the Start button and select Control Panel.
