    <description>&lt;P&gt;My printer has just turned a year old, but according to the forum this issue has been around since 2014. After being on the phone for 3 days in September with escalations within your support, I eventually gave up hoping that you would bring out a fix.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm still waiting with the countless others here on this forum that still have a Canon printer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Printer: i-SENSYS MF4780w&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;OS: Windows 10 64-bit&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
