I can't get the Canon Maxify MB2020 to my new laptop with Windows 10

I am trying to add my Canon Maxify MB2020 printer to my new laptop that uses Windows 10.without success. The computer doesn't recognize the wireless printer.

Hi Cathy_White,

To set up your MAXIFY MB2020 for wireless use with your Windows 10 computer, first it must be connected to your wireless network. To do this, please follow these steps:

1. Press the HOME button on your MAXIFY MB2020.

2. Use the right arrow key to display and WLAN and once it is highlighted, press OK.

3. Using the arrow keys, select Wireless LAN setup and press OK.

4. Press the STOP button on your MAXIFY MB2020 to choose Other setup options.

5. Select Standard setup and press OK. The MAXIFY MB2020 will search for your wireless network.

6. Select your wireless network from the list and press OK.

7. Enter your wireless network password and press OK.

Your MAXIFY MB2020 will now be connected to your network. Once connected, please insert the CDROM into your computer and follow the prompts to install your MAXIFY MB2020 on your computer.
