<title>topic Cannot scan in Office Printers</title>
    <link>https://community.usa.canon.com/t5/Office-Printers/Cannot-scan/m-p/196207#M5388</link>
<description>&lt;P&gt;I have a Canon MF8080Cw printer. &amp;nbsp; When I try to scan, I press the "Scan" button and then choose Computer. &amp;nbsp; However, when I select the following option (normally "Colour scan" or any other option), I get a "An error occurred" error message. &amp;nbsp; Can someone help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
