    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Yoder728.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Both the black and color cartridges would have to be installed in order for the printer to function.&amp;nbsp; If one of the cartridges is not installed or is empty, you would have to replace the cartridge before printing can resume.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This didn't answer your question or issue?       <description>&lt;P&gt;Just replaced the B&amp;amp;W cartridge on my Cannon MP210 printer &amp;nbsp;Color cartridge is also out of ink however I do not need color documents. &amp;nbsp;Do I need to replace color to print only black and white?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
