Document Size is greyed out

We have an imagepress C7010VP with a Fiery A3200. In the print properties, the Document Size is greyed out and cannot be changed. The only way to print is to just print letter size, choose paper source by pdf page size, or drag and drop into command workstation. We only found 1 driver on Canon's website, so I cannot try older drivers. I've tried uninstalling the driver and driver package, and reinstalling. Beyond that, I'm stumped and can't find any other solutions.

If you don't have a dealer, please call us at 1-800-OK-CANON (1-800-652-2666) and we will be happy to provide you with the names of dealers in your area!
