I have a Cannon Image Class MP6160DW. It has been working great, but yesterday, when trying to scan documents to email, it stopped scanning and said "error has occurred". It is still printing and copying fine, but will not scan. We have unplugged it for a while then plugged it back up, but no luck... Can you assist me in trying to fix this? Thank You, Melanie
