    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have an image class mf4890dw printer and a new HP laptop with Windows 10. The scanner does not work, and it comes up "an uknown error has occered" on the printer. I have the printer plugged in via USB, and have tried to make sure I have all drivers necessary for this printer. Please help asap. Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>
