Hi! Have a little problem with canon machine.
I use the I-sensys MF416dw. Connect via twisted pair cable to my local network. Installed all the drivers and solutions from official CD. Almost all the functions was configured but can't receive the fax. Send faxes from local computer or MFP works without problems but when i try to receive the fax - MF416dw was printing the paper with date and number from sender and nothing else.

I tried to change drivers, to change method of receiving or sending faxes, to change configs on MFP. I do all as say manuals but can't receive the fax anyway.

Some body can to help me?
