Image Runner Advance C5030 Does not Print in Color &Toner is Full, Will only print in Black and Grey

Image Runner Advance C5030 Does not Print in Color &Toner is Full, Will only print in Black and Grey.
I had a Technician come by and Replace a Gear, then we Replaced a Cyan Toner Cartridge ourselves.... Long story Short, Printer will only priont in Black and Grey, not in color. Any advice would greatly appreciated.
