<title>topic Scanning Error in Office Printers</title>
    <link>https://community.usa.canon.com/t5/Office-Printers/Scanning-Error/m-p/181970#M4825</link>
<description>&lt;P&gt;I am trying to scan on a MF227dw and have loaded all the latest drivers off the website.&amp;nbsp; Restarted both the printer and PC per instructions.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; When I go to scan, I get through the various menus and the printer is "processing".&amp;nbsp; Then a scan error shows up on the menu.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I'm using Windows 10 and my PC name is showing on the printer as the computer target.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Any advice on how to resolve?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
