I have purchased the iPF670 ImageProGraf printer, installed the driver and connected the printer via network. I am running windows 7, 64 from a laptop that i connect and disconnect from my network on a daily basis. For some reason the printer is constantly off line and i cannot reconnect it. I have reloaded the driver many times for it to only work at that time. What can be done to keep the printer on line? I have tried turning the printer and the laptop off and restarted both to no avail. Currently, I have two other printers connected to the network that work without a problem

Hello.

Check to make sure that your computer is connected to the same router as the iPF670. It may be possible that the computer is on a different network. Once the correct connection is established, restart the computer and try printing again.

If the communication issues persist, find more help at Contact Us.
