    <description>&lt;P&gt;I just bought the Canon Imageclass MF216N, installed the drivers that came on the CD, followed all of the installation instructions and connected it with a USB cable. However the printer is not being recognized. When I go to my devices and printers the "Canon MF210 Series (FAX)" is showing up but not the actual printer. Any help or advise would be greatly appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi sderenthal.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I will be able to assist you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please verify if the icons are stacked by right-clicking on the printer icon shown and hold the mouse on 'Set as Default Printer' until the full list of drivers appears.&amp;nbsp; Left click on the UFR II printer driver to use.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the issue persists, please verify that the printer is connected directly to the computer, and that there are is no USB hub or extender connected between the devices.&amp;nbsp; If the issue is still unresolved, please call us at 1-800-OK-CANON (1-800-652-2666) for further assistance.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
